Rev. KJ Kim
Senior Pastor
Rev. KJ Kim started as Eastwood’s Senior Minister in August of 2024. With past experiences in congregational ministry and hospital chaplaincy in Texas, KJ is still passionate about dreaming and building how a faith community should look by practicing “All means All” in this fragmented world. KJ shares his life with his partner Hyeyoung Lee, and their three children—Joel, Johan, and Noelle. Outside of church, KJ enjoys walking, jogging, and drinking black coffee. He loves to meet new people, including traditions, cultures, and foods. In addition, he likes conversations about anything and everything.

Elaine Gardner-Morales
Director of Music
Elaine Gardner-Morales is currently an adjunct professor of music for Peninsula College in Port Angeles, WA. She received her MM degree in composition/theory from Texas A&M at Commerce Texas, and a BM from the University of North Texas. Her professional background includes: Music Department Chair for the Brookhaven College School of the Arts; Interim Dean Brookhaven College School of the Arts; Musicianship Instructor, Mckinney Satellite of Texas Boys Choir; and Music/Choral Director of seven different churches and several community choruses in Texas and Washington. In addition,she has served as a music clinician and adjudicator/ judge at a variety of local, state and national music competitions. While at Brookhaven College, Ms.Morales received the prestigious Minnie Stevens Piper Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2001.
Ms.Morales has been a selected presenter for - Texas Music Educators Clinic Conference, Texas Music Teachers Associations Composition Contest, Texas Group Piano Symposium, NISOD, National Humanities Conference and Music Educators National Clinic Conference. Her compositions have been performed by the Mesquite Symphony 2007, Dallas Cultural Affairs Concert for Composition, Brookhaven Dancers Theater, Dallas Symphony Young Artist
Concerts and a variety of organizations throughout the United States with extensive exposure in the Episcopal Church. Ms. Morales is an ASCAP member. -

Carolyn Price
EC3 Director
Carolyn Price has served as Director of EC3 since 2020. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in non-profit management and child/family therapy. Carolyn’s two children, Eva (14) and James (10) attended EC3 where she absolutely fell in love with the program. In 2018 and 2019 Carolyn served as substitute director and then stepped into the role full time in 2020. Carolyn and family have lived in East Nashville since 2004 and love the sense of community in the neighborhood and at the school. She strongly believes in the school’s mission to provide a joyful, loving learning environment with an emphasis on peace, community, honesty, and social justice which closely align with her heart as a social worker.

Jessica Curtis
Office Manager
Jessica Curtis holds a BA in Sociology and Religious Studies with a MA of in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Communities. She has served as the Office Manager at Eastwood since October 2023. Jessica and her family have lived in Nashville since 2021 and have loved getting to know this wonderful and welcoming community.
